  • Hammer curls(long head) 30lbs 3x35 up in reps
  • DB bench press 35lbs up 5lbs 3x15
  • Incline bench db curls (short head) 20lbs up 5lbs 4x13
  • Leant forward chest flies machine 70lbs up 15lbs 4x13
  • Close grip ez bar preacher curls 55lbs 4x15
  • Decline iso press 200lbs 4x13
  • Wide grip dips 4x5,6,8,10

Today was quads. I wasn’t feeling well today had to push through today’s workout. I developed a panic attack that I had to workout through which was a trip lol I felt kinda high but also like the gym was spinning lol

30 min pre cardio

Quad focus leg day

  • Smith machine squats (for depth and ankle mobility) 100lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Incline calve presses 270lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Bulgarian split squats hack squat machine 60lbs 3x12 up in reps
  • Pendulum squat machine 45lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • Smith machine isolated calve raises 50lbs up 20lbs 3x12
  • Cable kickbacks 30lbs up 10lbs 3x13
  • Superset w/ cable crossed legs kick back 30lbs up 10lbs 3x13

Did my weekly weigh in today. I went up 0.6lbs. I'm going to increase calories by 200 a day.

Also I'm kinda breaking out. I'm washing my face 2x a day but I'm still breaking out. No breakouts anywhere else on my body. Any tips? I'm using a salicylic acid face wash and I'm using toner. The toner is picking up tons of oil from my face night and day which is pretty unusual for me.

You should increase protein and carbs, add a protein bar to start. @Mk11kh

I think it was the Differin gel I was using. My breakouts have started to clear up.

So I get paid in 2 weeks. I’m going to order the rest of my gear, I’m on week 3 and I don’t really feel my gear. I feel the side effects like the calve cramping and increased oil production on my face.

When will I feel the stuff? Or is primo/var just significantly weaker than tren which was the feeling I was kinda expecting,

I’m considering on adding masteron or HGH. Which would be the most bang for my buck or should I just stick to test/primo/var?

The taurine comes in capsules from Bulk Supplements.

The water I drink is through my hoses purification system so I’m not sure what the nutrients are. I drink Optimum Whey protein which has some electrolytes in it. I usually drink 2 scoops waking up before my workout and 2 scoops post workout for recovery.

other athletes like goalies for example can drop 6 pounds in 1 night .. so normal

@Mk11kh Here, losing some excess weight is not a bad thing at all. You shouldn't sweat, lose on a half, a pound of water.

@Mk11kh the Primo will be in your system for many weeks. So missing a dose is not a big deal.

@Mk11kh Bro, what is all this different food? You're eating look like very delicious. Granny body monster used to make those types of sweets when I was a kid.
 
Oh also I spoke with my primary care physician. She says my potassium was on the low side. I ordered an electrolyte supplement and a magnesium supplement. She told me to take magnesium before bed.

She re-ordered electrolyte labs again to retest me. She also ordered a creatinine kinase test just to rule out that the cramps aren’t coming from another source.

When I get paid next I’ll get my e2 levels checked and my next DEXA scan.

Also I don’t get paid till the 9th so I might run out of primo before I can re-order. So I might miss one dose. Will that greatly affect my cycle? I still have tons of test and var.

I’m approaching my 2nd month of my cycle. I was contemplating adding some tren to my cycle for the last 2 months to cut and bulk some more.

So I’ll be planting my order for resupply. I plan on ordering primo, test, tren e. Can I continue to run Anavar after week 8 or is it too hepatoxic? Also should I order clomid AND Nolvadex for my PCT?

I’m going to get my E2 levels and other blood work done next week asking with a DEXA scan. I still have my AI in case my E2 levels are elevated. So far no symptoms.
