Sorry been busy with school! Today was chest/bis and my cheat meal.

  • DB bench press 50lbs up 5lbs 2x9 45lbs 2x15 up in reps
  • Hammer curls(long head) 35lbs 3x30 up in reps
  • Incline bench low to high flies 10lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Incline bench db curls (short head) 30lbs up 5lbs 4x10
  • Wide grip dips 10lbs 3x15 up in reps drop set
  • Close grip ez bar preacher curls 85lbs up 10lbs 4x10
  • Chest fly machine 85lbs 4x15 up in reps

Also I don’t get paid till the 9th so I might run out of primo before I can re-order. So I might miss one dose. Will that greatly affect my cycle? I still have tons of test and var.

Had an amazing posterior leg day. Did posterior legs and abs:

  • Deficit deadlifts 125lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • Hip thrusts 140lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • Seated calve press 21s at different angles 140lbs up 5lbs 4x21
  • SLDL belt squat machine 70lbs up 10lbs 4x10
  • Hip abductor machine modified 140lbs up 5lbs 3x12
  • Superset normal hip abductor machine 100lbs 3x12
  • Laying hamstring curl machine 90lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • Standing calve raise machine 200lbs 4x15 up in reps
Did some ab work at the end. Tomorrow I’m hitting back and triceps with some cardio

Amazing back and tricep workout. No time for cardio today had church and now I have to rush home to do homework.

  • Kitana tricep extensions (lateral head) 23lbs 4x16,13,10,5 up in reps
  • ISO lateral row 90lbs 3x15 up in reps
  • Smith machine JM press(long head) 50lbs 4x
  • Wide grip bb rows 85lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Lat pull downs 145lbs 3x15 up in reps
  • Overhead behind the back vbar tricep extension 90lbs up 10lbs 4x13

Food is good.

For breakfast I’m having oatmeal, protein shake, greens powder, eggs

Post workout 1 pop tart (I got rid of the rice cakes), a banana, protein shake

Lunch: bean and chicken tostadas, 1/2 cup of almonds

Dinner: protein bar for dessert, bean and chicken tostadas, 1/2 cup of almonds
 
Food is good.

I’m approaching my 2nd month of my cycle. I was contemplating adding some tren to my cycle for the last 2 months to cut and bulk some more.
