Just finished a killer cardio chest session!

Pre 30 min light cardio

Chest and biceps

  • Smith machine bench press 120lbs 3x15 up in reps
  • Hammer curls(long head) 30lbs 3x35 up in reps
  • DB bench press 35lbs up 5lbs 3x15
  • Incline bench db curls (short head) 20lbs up 5lbs 4x13
  • Leant forward chest flies machine 70lbs up 15lbs 4x13
  • Close grip ez bar preacher curls 55lbs 4x15
  • Decline iso press 200lbs 4x13
  • Wide grip dips 4x5,6,8,10
  • Chest fly machine 70lbs 3x13

Today was quads. I wasn’t feeling well today had to push through today’s workout. I developed a panic attack that I had to workout through which was a trip lol I felt kinda high but also like the gym was spinning lol

30 min pre cardio

Quad focus leg day

  • Smith machine squats (for depth and ankle mobility) 100lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Incline calve presses 270lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Bulgarian split squats hack squat machine 60lbs 3x12 up in reps
  • Pendulum squat machine 45lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • Smith machine isolated calve raises 50lbs up 20lbs 3x12
  • Cable kickbacks 30lbs up 10lbs 3x13
  • Superset w/ cable crossed legs kick back 30lbs up 10lbs 3x13
  • Seated leg extensions 85lbs 4x16 up in reps
@Mk11kh youre looking good man. Good for you to push through. Those days suck but they happen. Nice work.
 
Did my weekly weigh in today. I went up 0.6lbs. I'm going to increase calories by 200 a day.

Also I'm kinda breaking out. I'm washing my face 2x a day but I'm still breaking out. No breakouts anywhere else on my body. Any tips? I'm using a salicylic acid face wash and I'm using toner. The toner is picking up tons of oil from my face night and day which is pretty unusual for me.

You should increase protein and carbs, add a protein bar to start. @Mk11kh

and get vitamin V high dose it

And some red chili flakes

So good!

I think it was the Differin gel I was using. My breakouts have started to clear up.
