- Hammer curls(long head) 30lbs 3x40 up in reps
- Leant forward chest flies machine 75lbs up 5lbs 4x15
- Incline bench db curls (short head) 20lbs 4x20 up in reps
- Wide grip dips 4x15 up in reps
- Close grip ez bar preacher curls 65lbs up 10lbs 4x15
- Chest fly machine 80lbs up 10lbs 4x13
