Great lifts, great gains, great Results!
Thanks :D

Yeah that's how my last deadlift max turned out as well - but I now have the right technique for my next max attempt, which will be 455, and if I make that then 500 :)
Thats my main deadlifting problem, my legs coming up before my back. I need to work on pulling back more than up.

Its funny, all your lifts are pretty close together, but my deadlift is way in front of my squat and bench press. You can tell I have a big ass :)
Yeah, my squat and dead have always been close, and my squat always seems to be 10 lbs higher! I think that right now my bench is my weakest lift.

Those gains in squat and bench in such a short amount of time are damn impressive! Damn good bench too! Good form from what i can tell also...

Don't pull - that's what causes that ass up effect,

Flex the lats, arch and tighten the lower back and then mentally push the floor away with your legs and hip drive. Works for me in the deadlift and olympic lifts

Very sore today!
Didnt realize how sore I was until I went out to feed the cows and picked up three 50lb bags of feed. Then, i definitely felt it!

Ill try to think of it like that next time.

Awesome routine!! It is very basic and compound! However, I would have to throw in some incline presses somewhere. Your numbers are looking solid. . . keep up the good work!
