throw in a big cup:
- some yoghurt
- some water (depends how thick u like it)
- protein ( so much u want)
- honey (1 table spoon)
-peanut butter (1 table spoon)
- 1/2 cup oat meal to get fiber and quality carbs
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1 banana
