all of the above.. The diet was the hardest thing to change. Getting to a 40/40/20 is hard work. My wife and I quit fast food pretty much, havent had a fast food burger in over a year. Still love the french fries though...
My training was dragging me down to, i was actuallyu over training, but I was so damn excited during my initial period of actualy seeing progress, that i went everyday and ended up over training, I have since set a more split type of training program. I usually try to get all my main muscles in at least once a week. I also rotae some cardio in as well. I believe in overall fitness, not just glamour muscles...
At first i didnt use any supplements as time went on i used thermogenics, lots of protein and creatine. i am currently on creatine and protein for a bulk.
