
EF log update: Friday - legs + delts

ELITE FITNESS FAMMMM, hope y’all having killer days already and have a solid weekend planed.

4am and hit the ground running with a savage leg and delt session after a rest day so I was feeling full of energy for it, good and weight are all up so really getting a chance to focus on the most important and for me lagging thing; training.

plenty of physique updates coming once I get a few weeks of my new program and changes underway, right now I want to keep focused on the details I need to achieve with it first.
