🔥 boooom happy Thursday ELITE FIT FAM, hope yall had killer days so far!

💣 4am killer arms session this morning, before a rest day on Friday then I’ll be jumping into my new program and the next big phase of my push and offseason to get some muscle on this frame

📊 New programming and split underway, today was the first lush session - I’ll post full workout details over the next week once I’ve had a chance to unpack it all.

🧬 Big love to my bros at @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep - My growth season is in full swing thanks to the crew body weight is up 8kg now while body composition is remaining tight with plenty of wiggle room to keep pushing

💣 New post workout meal - 150g total carbs is quite the treat right now.

🔥 200g egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 200g tomato.
+100g sourdough bread, 100g lean pig.
