This is my first pull session of the week, and this one is predominantly lat bias.

πŸ“Š Strength is still going up each week despite being deep in a caloric defect - my body seems to be recomping each week due to having stimulus after surgery

> 15 reps - 4 sets
Bicep cable curls
> 15 reps - 4 sets
