This is 13 weeks post surgery today.
I have not been able to do any real push moments since the tear happened in Mid-November (no chest pressing moments, overhead pressing, ect… over about 5kg)

Range of motion is almost back to full this week,
@Yuri1 Excellent work on this. You give others hope who have had similar injuries.

@Yuri1 Nice job explaining about your former injury. That makes a big difference. Keep working on your mobility and flexibility. So you avoid problems.

For sure I guess everyone’s genetic makeup is unique in terms of how they are going to be shaped, but outside of that my bro I found that really controlling the reps and focusing on contraction and really working out of that stretched movement has helped.
