I dunno, but from the test that I take, I'm 7-9. And, a question, what is the best on to take with only using weight and measurements, and no I don't have one of those plyer tool things.
I personally know a guy who drinks at least a 12 pack of mountain dew every day..and is 6'3 135 pounds...almost no body fat..looks like an auschwitz prisoner...yay for thyroid issues.

I did one of those weight and measurement calculations at work at came back 7% bodyfat but with my calipers at home I showed 16% the week before with love handles. I've been under 4% and over 20%, and trust me if you were 8% you would have deep abs and a lot more vascularity. Right now I'm trying to slowly lean out to 10%, while improving strength before doing a slow clean bulk.
