you def were not a real 8% if you were drinking soda unless you have some of the BEST genetics i have ever heard of..and if that is the case. you should start bulking
Yah, thanks....and some guy on here told me I have some good genetics say that I should devote myself to bodybuilding. And I'm 16, I drink alot of green tea, and such and I have a really high metabolism...
Calling BS on this one. I lived below the 10% BF line all the way until I was 40 and usually drank 3 to 4 cokes (pop / soda) a day. Some people just have a high metabolism.
Im not taking a side in this one either way, but just thought I'd point at that running doesn't have a ton to do with it, it's mainly diet. There are a TON of cross country runners who run way more than that a week who have very high body fat percentages....they may be thin, but still can have a lot of bodyfat.
