For a realtive novice, I think this is terrible. Too many sets, wrong things emphasized- agreat example of what NOT to do. You need to build up your base first and doing tings like 6 sets of wrist curls is not the way.
The following will help:
1.Squat
2.Eat and drink a lot of good food
3.Heavy Back work
4.Rest a lot
5. Squat
6.Deadlift
7.Eat
8.Squat
Get the picture.? Once you have the base-ie a 400-500 lbs squat and deadlift, then you can worry about the details, the DB exercises and the wrist curls.
