To those men and women out there that manage to feed, clothe, and clean a whole family...I'm impressed.

I just finished scrubbing my shower and I was thinking about how neither my husband nor I ever have the time or energy to do anything around the house after a full day of work and training... I can't imagine how you do it and then add kids to the equation.

To all of you, I am incredibly impressed. I only hope I can juggle it all and make it work when we have kids.

I so often hear people talk about how busy they are that they don't have time to work out. And here are all of you no only working out, but training hard to make your body that much better and your life that much better...

My hat's off to you...

hence the name "supermom"...he he he. I actually have teenagers (16 yr old boy, 14 yr old daughter)...if I didn't work out I'd probably end up killing someone...that's what keeps me sane... Life is good...marriage, work, family. health....I am truly blessed!! Bless all you guys too!

I believe that people do exactly what they choose to do. You make time for the things that you WANT to do...we all have the same amount of time in a day, some just "manage" their events better.

With that said, I'm a busy person who is always being handed something else to do. Why? Because busy people are the ones who get things done!
