Everytime I do certain exercises, including shrugs with dumbells or lateral raises etc.. my hands become very stiff and I have to stop the exercise because the pain is unbearable in my palms.
I try not to squeeze as hard, so I can allow some blood flow throughout each hand, but they still hurt once I somewhat complete an excercise.
Anyone know what I can do to solve my problem?
