deciever remember you can always gain weight and later slowly cut back, BUT either way you should be able to get those goals with the right training and if now you have NJ training partners, lucky you, then you can do it. GOOD luck bro.
I'm stil chasing my goals and that's to AT LEAST bench 375 by the end of this year I wanted to do 375 on the DEC 1 meet and a 575 or 600 dead and maybe if I'm lucky a 400 or 425 squat(my squat sucks).
Hopefully now that I'm gonna start training at a gym and they have those hip flexor machines that I can bring up my hip strength and my squat will go up. And maybe if I quit missing my DE SQ/DL day my squat will go up some. DAMNIT I HATE MISSING LIFTING DAYS and lately b/c of work I've been missing one a week.
