I finally made a decision for my “first” cycle outside of straight trt.

Current stats
6’
180lbs
6.2% bf
(InBody Scan is attached)

Cycle:
300 mg sustanon week. (2x/week)
30mg dianabol daily (10mg 3x/day)
1.5-2mg anasterozole weekly (.5mg eod)
GLOW as needed
Semax/selank daily
4x secretologue ghrp/ghrh 2x daily (picture)

Training regimen:
4x weekly
Full body Olympic weightlifting training (see pictures)

Diet:
Full disclosure, I am not tracking and scanning labels. I know it would be optimal, but with a full time practice and small children I do not have time. My wife has celiac so we are completely GF and rarely eat out. Very minimal processed food. The 4x makes me eat like a starved animal. I will start tracking again in the future, but for now this will have to do for my current situation.

How long do you plan on running the cycle? 20lbs is a bit lofty for a standard cycle if your a seasoned lifter.

for a first real run outside of trt, that’s a strong setup. 300mg sust is a nice base, and the dbol at 30mg split through the day will give you that fast bump in weight and strength while the test builds. just keep an eye on how you’re dosing the anastrozole, .5 eod might be heavy at only 300mg test plus dbol, so adjust based on how you actually feel and what your e2 labs show.

your training is already intense with olympic lifts 4 days a week, so recovery will be the limiter more than volume, and food is where you’ll really make or break hitting 200. even without full tracking, make sure protein is high every meal and carbs are plentiful around training. with that base and the cycle, you’ll fill out quick while keeping bodyfat under control.

make sure your wife is avoiding high fodmap foods. and avoid fermented foods. high sugar and high acidy foods like tomato sauce. those are a killer. @drg2020
