and @RoidRage69 asked you age because guys over 40 should be on TRT for most part

Obviously I would need to do regular bloodwork on now when people are on TRT from a DR the only do blood every 3 months but how do you suggest to do it, like take hcg or is that even needed at trt dose? Are you on self trt what do you do ? I think most guys are like 100mg test a week
