you are at around 1300-1350 per week. That is about what my next cycle will be.......And it is my 30th or some shit like that and I am getting ready for the USA in Las Vegas as a heavy weight. It is WAY to much and I agree with Barroom and Madcow, Dump the A-bombs. I will never use them. D-bol is even unnessasary IMO on first cycles. I know you are going to do what you are going to do but why wouldn't you listen to someone who has 22 years weight training experiece and 10 years gear experience and competes at a national level???? Is it because you know more or is it because you think you know more???
