I am new to this board so treat me well.
My name is Mike and i am from Sweden.
I have been training bodybyilding for about 8 years now, and i am thinking of taking a cyckle with only deca. I have never tried this before so my Q is,
i am not locking to gain 10kg maybe like 5kg, what is the correkt dosage for me. I was thinking at 100mg a week is that ok, or is it better to go up to 200mg a week for 8weeks?? I will start slow and feel if this is working for me. Please give me som respons to this and some advice. I am 33years old,
