My experience with Corn's 3 day old school routine.

Alright, I finished a 6 week run with Cornholio's 3 day old school routine.

I gained 8 pounds over the course of the 6 weeks. I didn't measure body fat before I started so I can't tell you how much of it is actual muscle mass, but overall I look better. I gained some size in my legs, back and ass.

My weights in a number of lifts went up considerably. I don't have my training log in front of me, but I am thinking bench was up 20-30, Deads and squats went up in the neighborhood of 50 pounds (closer to 75 on deads).

I think my arms are lagging a little, and my shoulders haven't come around, but I have always have had problems getting results with the shoulders.

Random observations.

My diet sucked. I couldn't get myself to eat consistantly well or enough.

I sure was hungry after workout days. It was crazy.

20 rep deads and squats suck beyond belief. I would almost pass out after words.

People at my gym have no idea what I am talking about when I say I am going to kick "Cornholio" in the nuts.

Not enough people do deadlifts. Too many people have to ask what they are, and what they do.

Overall, pretty happy with the results, I could have put on more mass if I would have eaten better.

Now time to start cutting......

8 pounds in 6 weeks on an admittedly shitty diet is still a darn good effort.
