my experience so far with trex

I weighed in at 183 before the trex which was like monday of this week, I started the two a day workouts with cardio and weights on tuesday, just got the trex on thursday. I took one at 3pm... and DAMN during my night class i was sweating like a pig by 930pm.. went to gym for second time at about 9:40pm did cardio and the sweat was still coming, kinda weird though i noticed the heat come in stages if you know what i mean. I would be warm, then next thing i knew my ass,back and face was sweating. Today I took one at 5:30am and was at gym by 550 I noticed a huge increase in cardio, wasnt tired at all and still sweating like crazy. Then i got in sauna for about 15 minutes and the sweating was like never before. I normally use the dry sauna so I know how much i sweat, but after the trex it was insane I love the stuff. I took my second pill at 11:00 am since i will be working out at 5:00pm and will take another around 3:00pm for a total of 3 pills today, I dont see a need to step it up to two pills 3x a day. I might increase to 2 at once before morning workout and 1 for lunch and 2 again at 3, but it might interfere with sleep. I will keep you all posted, BTW monday my yohimburn df comes in which i will be using on face only for first 3 weeks to see if it works well.
 
on another note, I noticed an increase in taking a piss and crap. Not sure if that is a good thing thoug, drinking fair amts of water as well.
 
ulter has mentioned before, that the increase of peeing and pooping is an indication of an increase in the metabolism.
 
i don't understand why it's so good to sweat so much. doesn't it mean you're just losing water weight? can someone clear this up for me?

it's the thermogenic effect.. your body temp is slightly higher = more calories burned/expended

that being said, water is your friend :)

i was taking an ECA stack for 4 weeks before starting trex a couple days ago. i'm doing 2 3xday with no problems/sweating or anything really unusual. unless you call the frequent trips the the bathroom unusual

its a much different feeling than an ECA.. so far i find that im more focused and less jittery. so far im digin it
