I know I am a cron ball, lol but if I cant get you all to laugh what’s the point lol. This is the last lift out 5. I the first 4 totally wrong (not on tape) cause it had been so damn long since I lifted so much! My damn dog didn’t help the situation either lol my goal lift is 250, I am at 210 not max dead lift only at the gym where I should have been to start with man was it a pin to drag this out in my yard and back in too!!!
