My diet

This is usually how my diet is most of the time, just want comments on it and suggestions for improvement, I might miss something but ill try not too
6 am
8 egg whites
1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of skim milk

9am
Banana
Brown toast with low fat peanut utter

12pm
1 cup of rice or pasta
6 oz Steak
Apple

3pm
Half can of tuna
Half cup of chickpeas

530pm(Pre workout )
1 cup of oatmeal
2 scoops whey protein

7 pm(post workout )
2 scoops whey protein

930pm
Half cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of skim milk
 
Around that 8pm mark u want to be scarfing down some real food, couple fish fillets and some veggies. Cottage would be good where u got it to hold u over thru sleep.

Well, I only want to say that include fresh green vegetables in your 12pm meal. Eating green vegetables whether as salad or in boiled form is very effective control weight gain and be healthy in long run.
 
Eat a whole meal after your workout.
More greens.
milk--eh I'm not a fan of but if it works for you, so be it.

BTW--that peanut butter you're eating--if its low fat, then you're not getting all natural peanut butter. "Low fat" peanut butter takes out the good fats, leaves in the crap. Buy yourself peanut butter that only has the ingredient "peanuts"
