Ok ya'll,

Here's my update, what do you think?

Jan 31, 2005 starting:

5'5''
140 lbs
bodyfat- about 20%

Today, 2/3/05:

5'5''
133
16.1%

almost 5 weeks.

Is that good progress? I'd attach a pic, but I decided to wait until I get to my goal. 125 at 13-14%.

Thanks so much! :)

I have a question though - originally, you say you were "about 20%" - WTF does that mean? Did you have it tested or are you just guessing?

tested by 2 different people, one person tested 18% and the other 20%. I think around 20% is the accurate beginning % because on 2/14, I was tested at 18.2% by the same person who tested me at 20% to begin with.

If your goal is to drop fat & drop weight, you are making progress....

The rate of drop is good --- do you feel strong? tired? sore? hungry?

There are lots of ways to measure "progress"...

Thanks Sassy. Yeah, I feel good. Just wanted to make my BF and weight loss were at a good rate. Do I need to kick it up a notch?

If you notice a decrease in notice you can always do some tweaking

Hard to determine if you are stalling or not w/ only 2 data points. Generally I would change up my diet every 6 weeks at least anyway. If you feel like you are stalling as far as quality of lifts or progress there, try some different combinations -- supersets, whatever. Diet-wise, make sure you are gettign your cheat meals, etc.

Since I'm only 8lbs and 3%bf away from my goal, I thought I'd tweak my nutritional split and lower carbs more and add more fat.
