my ckd diet diary, all help is very much appreciated

Okay on day one of ckd, the figures I need to hit for today are;

Fat--328g
Protein--130g
Carbs--less than 20g


Meal1 at 10:30am:

5 large eggs scrambled in a small amount of butter and a teaspoon of natrual peanut butter.


Meal2 at 12:30pm:

I chicken breast (skinless) boiled/steamed and 1 tablespoon of olive oil (tasted weird lol)

breakdowns for the meals:

Meal1=39g fat, 9g carbs and 36g protein

Meal2=19g fat, 0g carbs and 43g protein (unsure whether it was that much, but fitday said it was, it was 140g worth of chicken)

Also had 1 multi vitamin and mineral in the morning and one at 2pm, took rda of fiber tabs as well.
 
okay, done my first day, here it is in it's entirity:

MEAL1:

5 jumbo eggs

MEAL2:

1chicken breast and 1tbsp olive oil

MEAL3:

3rashers bacon, with 3cubic inches of cheddar

MEAL4: (POSTWORKOUT)

1small protein shake, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp corn oil and 27 almonds

MEAL5:

1 can of tuna, half a cup of mayo, 2tsp olive oil, 2tbsp corn oil

Supplements:

2 multi vitamin and mineral tabs, 3 fibre tabs, 3 fat loss tabs and 2 fish oil tabs


Altogether that breaks down like:

166 protein, 21 carbs and 314 fat

I was aiming for 130, >20 and 328 respectiveley, so I overshot the protein and underdid the fat a bitm but not bad for a first day. I had too much protein in the first two meals, but can have more tommorow. Any critiques are more then welcome.
 
Looks good. The hardest part for me on the diet is planning out the meals. But within a couple weeks you get into a groove......but the food becomes repitious.

My worst day was my carb-up....felt like utter crap afterwards.
 
tuc it looks good. Watch those meals like the one with 19 g fat and 48 g protien. Try to shoot for a 1:1+ fat g to protien g ratio at every sitting. Overall though it looks good. I would like to see ALOt more raw green veggies. Drop a few almonds to make up for the extra carbs int he veggies.
