My CKD diet. According to Mr.X's worksheet. Hard to understand...

Ok so....when day 7 comes along I need to eat 568 carbs. Is day 8 the same as day 1? When it says carb loading...That is only for 1 day correct?

Fats----Peanut butter, Flax, Udo's, Bacon
Protein---eggs, steak, tuna, chix breast, shake.
Carbs---rice, oatmeal (rolled oats).

Sugar intake should be how? None? Sodium? none?
 
That diet is not for contest prep bro. Didn't you have a contest prep diet set up already?
 
Ya. I do have a contest prep diet. This is just for after the show. I want to stay cut and lean all summer without having to eat the foods I hate. I figure this is better for a summer diet.
