This is going to be during an on period, i'll be taking 500mgs enanthate week. Anyway...

Chest/Tri's

Dumbell Incline 4 sets
Dumbell Flat 4 sets
Barbell Incline 4 sets
Some sort of shaping 4 sets
Skull crushers 4 sets
Over head extensions 4 sets
Pushdowns 4 sets

OR if I do chest and shoulders
Same chest workout with
Dumbell Military
Barbell behind the neck military
Side laterals
Would it be ok to do rear delts here?

Personally skip one of the inclin motions and go with dips, I use it as a bridging excercise since it uses tris and pecs a lot, plus it is nice to get a little varyation

in regards to your chest/shoulder routine, quite honestly that's a bit much pressing to do in one exercise. i personally don't train chest and shoulders on the same day because by the time i'm done with chest, my tris and front delts are taxed to the point that i won't get very much accomplished in the way of shoulders. but if you're deadset on doing it, i'd only do one variation of the military press, then substitute upright rows in where you would've been doing the other variation of military press.
military presses hit your front delts more than anything, and you're already working them fairly hard with benching. if you're going to do shoulders after chest, i'd focus more on your medial delts and then take care of rear delts on back day.

What about my chest and tri routine?

your chest and tris routine looks good...i wouldn't change that. when i was doing chest and tris on the same day, i had a similar routine. basically 3 different exercises of 3-4 sets each for chest and then the same for tris.

Why you dont start your routine first doing your front delts then triceps and finish strong with chest. You will grow this way my friend thats for sure
