Take this post as a flame or as advice, I don't care. IMO, you can do so much better if you devote your time to proper training and proper nutrition. In all honesty, your build is typical of damn near every 19 year old who trains at the gym every once in a while. You're not huge, you're not tiny, nothing really that spectacular at all, just a teenage beach body.
I bet you don't do any heavy squats, bent over rows, or even deadlift (stiff legged or otherwise). Just a few sets of benching and then you hit curls. At the first sign of no growth you want to jump to gear and therein lies your first mistake. You say you're at the same weight for the last 2 years?? If you're really seriously into training, you'd have put on some kind of weight. It seems to me that you don't have the desire nor the will to put the time or dedication into working out with the core exercises and since you don't see what it is you think should be happening with your physique, you are looking for the magic pill. You don't want needles, but you'll take a pill or two or three. You're not ready man, 200 posts on a board or not, you're not ready.
Take a year of heavy training consisting of Incline bench presses, bent over rows, shoulder press, squats, deadlifts; eat like a horse, and then see if you don't find yourself where you wanna be without the gear. I bet you'll find that you made better progress than you ever thought possible.
