Mustang's cycle diet

looks good man i agree with u im not a big believer in the 5000 cals i think that as long as ur getting around 4000 cals and high protein with carbs ur gains should be good! Good luck with u cycle!

i tryed doing cardio on my bulking cycles and found that it cuts into my gains

Really ? How much were you doing ? I find 20min a day at a medium pace 3 times a week helps and should keep the ol heart healthy as well.

i tryed doing 20min/5days ( then tryed 3 times) week before breakfast, and i have to admit i looked dense while running test and dbolls without any anti-ests, but i did not progress as much in terms of strength and size as i normally would without the cardio, i think its my metabolism. so i dont really do cardio

just to put things in perspective a little, im 6'2 but my junior year in high school i weighed 135lb at that hight. that was 7 years ago

Hey Stang. What's your definition of "big steak"? Mine would be at least 300g, which isn't very big at all, and that should have 651 kcals alone, and that's mostly protein. Are you sure you've got all the caloric info right on? I think a chicken breast has about 200kcals as well. Correct me if I'm wrong though please. :)
Diet looks solid though, but I might eat less fruit to minimize fat gains personally. Too much sugar for my liking. Fruit is good for ya though and it is a bulking cycle so I'd also say that bulking diets have a bit more leeway (sp?) with more personal preference.

I got all my info from the nutritional profile in a Flex mag and www.cyberdiet.com
