Diet was the sae on Sat. and Sun. as it has been I was trying to get to the gym, but did not I've been to tired. Don't really know why but I'm exhausted all the friggin time, I slepted like 11 and 12 hours lately.

I don't friggin know what it is, but I don't like it. I feel like I'm dragging yself, and I feel like I need a nap right now.

I go to see my trainer on next monday and if my bf dropped then I get to increase.
 
So you're getting a little less than 100 g complex carb / day, plus more fruit - I guess for recovery. Not a lot of protein it seems like ---

(For ref - 3 1/2 oz Horse: 175 calories; 28 grams protein; 6 grams fat; 5 milligrams iron; 55 milligrams sodium; and 68 milligrams cholesterol.)

Just seems like not enough food in general. Esp not liking the 2 shakes at the end of your day.

When you say you feel tired -- does your brain get fuzzy, i.e. like extremely low carbs?

I expect you'll see a change in your diet, at least I hope you do. I don't see the value in starving yourself if it makes your functional time for activity & recovery low quality.
 
The breakout is 139g of protein, 95g of carbs, and 40g of fat....

No it's not alot of food, and yes sassy kinda like those low carb days, I just want to take a nap.

Gawd I better get more food next week, or I'm going to scream, I' suppsed to be building muscle right now. And honestly don't see the point in starving myself when I'm only competing next year. But he is telling me I need to get my bodyfat down again first.
 
Monday Aug. 8th

8:30
1/2C oatmeal
6 egg whites

11:45
3oz of horsemeat
1/4C of brown rice
1/2C mushrooms
1C of broccoli
*cut down on the rice and put some broccoli and mushrooms so I have more food at this meal but the same amount of carbs.

2:45
3oz of chicken
1C broccoli
1/2C mushrooms

5:15
Gym-Chest, shoulders, biceps

Incline DB press 4 sets of 8 (25lbs each hand)
Shoulder DB press-no back support 4 sets of 8 (25lbs each hand)
Standing BB curl 4 sets of 8 (40lbs)
Incline prone spider curl 4 sets of 8 (12.5 each hand)
low pulley preacher curl 4 sets of 8 (30lbs)

6:45
Shake, 1 C strawberries, 1 kiwi

10:00
shake, 14 fish oil capsules.
