Therefore, in our example, this 200lbs. person would be eating 17tbsp. of ANPB per day and 143g protein (whey protein) per day. If he was to have 6 meals, this would be about 2.8 tbsp. of peanut butter per meal w/ 23g protein per meal. If you were to use your ratios, this would be done by taking your number of tbsp. per day divide by 6 and take your protein intake per day and do the same. This will vary depending on the amount of meals you have.


how many more scoops of whey protein per day would this person have to consume to meet the daily protein requirement??
 
nyc... if you can stay on it a month I will paypal u a dollar... I'll need some sort of proof... a b4 and after will work ;) ... after reading into that post it seems no one can do it.. so a dollar for you if you can do a month ;)
 
The all NPB diet is good in theory. I think it should be modified to your personal goals and body to make "liveable". Its just a base. Like maybe cut out a meal of ANPB and put in someonething with equivalent Cals/Fat/Protien. Its the idea that is key in that diet plan.
 
thanks for your comments guys. I am still trying to get my question answered though.

Kold I dont' know how i could prove it, other than videotaping my whole life. You will be able to tell by my weight loss. I am not sure if i am doing the CKD or the ANPB. I am going to put a thread on here tracking my progress though.

I am actually giving the CKD a try right now.
