Here's the problem: This guy advocates a basic ketogenic diet but he's making it seem like it's something different. It's a mix of a wannabe TKD and CKD. The problem w/ this writer is if you read his history he really has no idea what he's talking about - all it is is b.s...for example, look at this quote:
"were suggested to reduce any possible harmful effects of a high-fat diet. "
He's saying there are harmful sides to dieting w/ high fat but he does NOT provide any references for it. I love parrot writers.
What he is doing is reinventing the wheel: 50%protein/15-20%carbs/25-30%fat. So, don't pay attention to this hyped up lingo and just follow the basic ratios. Remember, anyone can write an article, but does it really make sense is a different story.
Overall, I think it's fine and it would work, but, again, it's pretty simple, so go ahead try it
