Hey guys I think either my body is stupid, or my glucose meter is WAY off.
I used insulin to get my glucose level down. I know it was for to reasons Went slightly hyperglycemic, and the meter read 56 or so. Didn't eat any carbs (had some VERY handy in case the symptoms got worse, but didn't need to. That was sunday night, between then and now I've consumed a total of 4 grams of carbs. Measured my glucose just now and got a 95. I had just eaten some bacon and sausage, but wouldn't that that would cause a rise.
Got a new glucose meter on the way (the good one that does ketones and glucose). Any ideas, explanations would be great. I feel like I'm in ketosis, got the nasty metalic taste that usually comes with it,and burning fat off, and lifts are the same or higher today as compared to last week so muscle is being spared. Its a very odd situation.
