How about the chubby kid at school who boasts he "Works out in the school gym every day"
His program consists of:
Pulldowns
DB Front Raises
DB curls
Situps
once again, jabbing in the ribs with olympic bars until they move is generally best practice... they generally run away after about 2 minutes of continuous jabbing, if in doubt, offensive swearing may help...

Today i went in to squat. our squat racks are not the four post type where you adjust the saftey bars.
its more open ..if you know what i mean. Anyway. i put the 45's on the barbell to begin my warmups.
I go to the water fountain and when i come back there is a moron with the bar on his back doing some type of wicked formless goodmorning. He looks like he is folding under 135lbs. lol
i move to help him and i realize he is wedging himself in the space between the bar and the floor.
i figured out what he was doing. his intention was to curl in the squat rack. so instead of unloading the bar when it was higher and moving the bar down to the safty bars. he figured it would be easier if he tried to put it on his back and squat down low enough to rest it on the safty bars. then get out from under the bar to take the 45 lbs plates off.
I said . im working here, you saw me put the weight on the bar. His response. I saw you walk to get water. I asked. would you like to work in? he looked and noticed there were 4 more squat racks not being used. and he left.....
i saw some older guy at my gym walking up and down the isles doing some kind of bird walk or something and making loud moaning noises. it was pretty funny because he would bend forward with one foot in the air behind him while holding his arms out like wings. i think he was working on his balance. anyway it was funny/annoying because he did variations of the same shit up and down the gym for about an hour and making weird ass noises.
i also saw one guy and his friend (total computer nerds, just fyi) get into some big trouble with the squat rack. i over heard them saying that a good place to start is at your own body weight. so i watched them load up a 35 and a 5 on each side 125lbs total. i knew that even with that amount of weight they wouldn't be able to do it right so i just watched them for a second expecting to get a laugh. the guy gets under the bar putting it to far up on his neck and then manages to get it off the rest, he's just standing there slightly shaking under it and then when he goes to squat it his left leg gives out and he collapses. he landed with one leg underneath him and the other one in front of him with the weight still on him being held up by the safety bars (which should have been higher). lol the guy was pinned and his friend tried to roll the weight off him b4 a trainer came over and lifted it off him. it's not funny but it is at the same time. the way it looked was just funny as hell. anyways the guy gets up and immediately walks out of the gym with his buddy probably to cancel his membership and never set foot in a gym again.
