M - Chest

ill quote him.... "your main muscles that the girls like are chest and bis, so thats all you gotta work. forget legs, back, shoulders".

I hear girls talk more about big shoulders and nice asses then big arms and chest these days....
 
I forgot! If i get my shoulder too big then the sleeves on my boys medium wont be tight around my bicepts. (yes bicepTs) lolololol
 
lol good stories...
so the other day me and my friend were doing squats in the squat rack and he put on like 350 i think it was. well i went over to spot another guy on bench real quick and all the sudden all i hear is the sound of weights hitting eachother and the floor. i look over and my friend got done with his squats and puts it back up on the rack and proceeds to take off and put up the plates that were on the bar. now hes not an idiot just dosnt think before he does things sometimes. he takes off all the weights off one side and the next thing you know the bar tips over from all the weight on one side and almost kills the guy in the other squat rack beside him... messed up the brand new pad too. the look on his face was priceless. everyone quite what the were doing to see what happened.

the same friend also fell off the flat bench while doing dumbell bench and put one side down before the other and just fell over board lol, was hilariouse to watch.

another time i was watching these two kids during my rest time, they were doing overhead pulls with the striaght bar on the pully machine. as i was watching in the mirror one of them looses his grip and the bar comes back and nails him in the face and the weights go crashing down lol now that was funny to see.
 
The other day I was in the squat rack with 315 which is what I usually rep out with on my last set...

Some skinny, dude in socks sets up one of the geigh mats right under the plates on the side of my rack!?!?!?!?!

I just thought whatever...this dude must really trust me...

So he's doing some kind of ab crunch/twist thing and A LOT OF LONG REPS...I decided not to wait so I un-rack up and start squating....

I was kinda laughing inside cause I knew he was thinking about me dropping that weight on him.....but hell, I was there first.

Kinda pissed me off thought, cause he could'a put that damn mat anywhere else in a not-so-crowed weight room....shit, take it to the damn cardio room....

What a chodda, you should have said something under your breath to yourself like

"ok, just don't drop the weight all over the floor like you did last time",

just loud enough so he could hear it.
 
I have this guy at my gym that only does biceps, triceps and chest 3 times a week on the same days. He will do all kind of curls, skullcrushers and dumbell presses. That would sound like a typical beginner weight lifter but for some odd reason he is huge! he is easily one of the biggest guyz in the gym. He must have some good ass genetics because i seriously doubt he is using steroids.
 
have I said this before??

those damn Balance balls.. in the free weight area.. i always kick them into the walkways of the PT's area..
