Im not sure how much glutamine you would actually end up getting absorbed in the milk, however. It is widely known that glutamine is not to be taken with food or other digestive things. It's probably alright with a protein shake but milk is very hard for the human body to digest and with the process it has to go thru to digest milk, I'd think that the glutamine might be destroyed.
And to those still wondering, YES, it is one of the best supplements someone who lifts weights can take.
