Had to push my schedule back a couple of days. Work and a few other issues drained my energy and time. Back to it now, hard.
Push Press: 88x5,5 132.5x5,5,5
Squats: 132.5x3,3 200x3,3,3
Straight-leg Deadlifts: 155x20
Happy with this nice, brief workout. Pushed hard, but still leaves much room for improvement. I'm going to be adding some of Coach Davies' Renegade Training work to increase my work capacity and GPP, so I dropped the calf raises which aren't entirely necessary for their growth (mine tend to grow like weeds).
