Mixing liquid sarms together

I've been running liquid sarms for a week and I got them from the sponsor on here. It really burns my mouth and tongue, maybe I'm just sensitive to it I don't know. My mouth is always dry. Would I be able to mix the sarms with water in a cup and then drink it that way or will it disrupt its absorption

you should mix the sarms with juice before you drink them down, easier to swallow

you can use a chaser or mix them in water, juice etc.. you will be just fine doing that

There is no issue that I have seen by mixing them in juice or water. I often just chase with water but everyone is different on what they can handle
