Thanks Mun, the thing is this isn't my first time doing a show, I've done others and usually gain weight after.
Heavy, to be honest I'm not sure, last week, everyday was probably over 2000, this week, I've been eating clean, high protein, and watching the carbs, cut them out for a few days also, but not like I did before the comp. And the reason for that was to carb up today for my shoot tomorrow.
So today looked like this:
June 22nd
Meal 1
1/2 banana
3 tbsp cream of rice (measured before cooking)
25g protein
Meal 2
Clif bar
Meal 3
5 oz sweet potato
2oz chicken
Meal 4
banana oatmeal muffin
2oz chicken
Meal 5
5oz potato
2oz chicken
Meal 6
1 rice cake
1 tbsp peanut butter
No training or cardio today.
