2 whole wheat toast with PB and jam

1/2 a portion of pasta and Italian sausage

2 mini Oh yeah bars

Went to the movies and had 10 Timbits (5 chocolate, 5 cherry) :evil:

1/2 of a small thin crust pizza with pepperoni, sausage and pineapple, 1/4 of a piece of chocolate cookie cheesecake :chomp:

LOL my current diet will be posted today, that was from my week break after the show. Yesterday I did a 1 day juice fast, just to give the digestion tract a break.
 
Mun it begins today, I have a photoshoot on Saturday ;) So I'm doing low carbs until friday then carbing up alittle for the shoot.

Miss- Hi! What is the purpose for going low, then carbing up before shoot? What's the shoot for?? Between you and Bunny alone with the pics my ass is getting in gear!!!!!!!! More pics for us all to go :shocked: Did you at least get some pleasure out of the short break you had to treat yourself, I hope?? You have a boyfriend- so..guess you can't be kidnapped to be my personal trainer 24/7, huh?? (Asked Bunny this too..looks like a no go there also!) :qt:

Front lateral raises 3 x15 (5lbs)
Rotator cuff seated raises 3 x 12 (5lbs)

Reverse pec-dec 3 x 12 (40lbs)
Standing rotator cuff raises 3 x 12 (5lbs)

15 minutes HIIT cardio

Meal 4
25g protein shake
50g grapes
