So yesterday the diet was soup, crackers, more soup, lol a muffin, and some trail mix.
Training I'm off completely until Monday, nothing really exciting for me to post until then, since I'm on a break from a "diet" and training until Monday. But I'll syill post what I'm eating.
Note: If you're dieting just be careful of what you might read in the next few days, once I feel better I'm going to have something yummy!
