Prepare the eggs in a bowl with skim milk or 2% and cilantro with oregano...
prepare your eggs the way you normally do, combining the eggs with the sauteeing vegetables.
depending on your type of diet, add salsa and mixed shredded cheeses to garnish.
I have whole grain toast with fat free, zero calorie spray butter....really good meal, that tastes great and keeps the fat low.
