I am in very good shape bro, don't have option to post pics. 245 with 9% not to bad, I wish I knew how to upload I always attached pics. I am asked many time to be in shows but not interested as I don't need to wear a thong just be bigger than the next guy, I dont shave my body bald either.

bro this is no flame but I believe you stated you are over 6 feet----well if you are to do a show, your 6'245 at 9% would put you just over 200 pounds contest shape-if your luckey.....considering you came in shape with ripped glutes etc.----you would be on the low end of a heavy weight, and at 6'feet tall---you would turn side ways and disappear-----not too impressive considering your compt---could be 5'7 or shorter weighing up to 224....again not a flame, its just you couldn't hold G-dogg jock....

Thank you very much for the compliments, I really appreciate it and like I said, it is very motiveting for me especailly right now b/c of the depression I've been in for the last 2 weeks, it's funny how a bunch of guys I have never met before can have such a postive influence on my life-thanx again to everyone even those who thought I look "natural", it makes me want to train even harder
