Midnight Munch Master - HELP !!

Is he awake & aware when he does this???

Cuz I've seen where people will get up & eat while sleep-walking.......

I've gotten my teenage step-daughter & hubby into the habit where if they want a snack they walk to the local Bodega (corner store or 711 type place) where they buy SINGLE SERVE snacks when they want them & eat them then & there -- so NO storing snacks!!

have him take 1/2 or 1 tablet of benadryl before he goes to bed.
the best cure for before bedtime carb cravings!!
