Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can make or have my husband eat before he goes to bed so he won't get up in the middle of the night and EAT EVERYTHING from the kids pop tarts to oatmeal cream pies!!! (Believe me, the kids have TRIED to hide them........ We are working out together and eating clean BUT he has been getting up in the middle of the night for the last 4 years and eating something sweet. It wasn't a problem until now......now that he's been working out, watching what he eats. It totally blows his diet. Any suggestions would help! Thanks!
