Microwaving Rolled Oats or oatmeal . . .

LOL. I made a mess a bunch of times with the company microwave. (Never add even a drop of milk to anything and attempt to microwave) All good suggestions above. Add just enough water to cover the oats and microwave. If it's still boiling over on high, set it on low/reheat and check every minute or two adding water if needed.

5 minutes, wow. i put 1/2 cup oats in with water for 30 sec like sgt said. thats all. lately, ive been making protein pancakes which are awsome. 1/2 cup rolled oat, 1 tbsp natty pb, 1/2 cup eggwhites, .25 cup of eggwhite protein. blend up and cook like a pancake in a pan. ~400 cals 40g protein/31g carbs/11g fat (mostly efa's). throw some no sugar syrup and thats it

these sound delicious, gonna have to give em a try-would there be a difference between using whey or isloated over eggwhite protein

those are good suggestions, also if you don't feel like microwaving them try mixing up some water and vanilla protein powder then dump some oatmeal, cinnamon and a dash of sweetener if you want and eat it uncooked. Not exactly Lucky Charms, but not too bad.

flash update

the Designer Protein Chocolate Peanut Caramel is FUGGIN' AWESOME in the oats.

goddamn. I would eat this stuff even if I didn't give a shit about losing blubber.
