I'm not sure why you're in a slump..is it psychological? circumstancial? Then again you might just be burnt out. I'm not sure what to tell you except if you don't use it - you'll lose it.
My advice...Regroup and reassess. Maybe even get a workout partner or trainer if you have to have someone kick your butt.j/k Good luck!
