tryed some new stuff today, I actually did flat bench first and it felt really weird.
Flat Bench 135x10, 225x5, 275x3, 315x3(this one went up pretty easy), 335x3 this one was tougher just didn't get into a groove but lockout was strong, 345x1, 355x1. It has been a long time since I actually got under that much weight. It felt good and with maybe a few weeks practice I could get another 20-30lbs up there. 225x15 after this kinda sucked but I need it
Incline bench 205x8, 205x6 this was very humbling since i used a slower cadence, but got a great burn.
OHP 135x4, 185x4, 205x4 not too bad but tris were getting tired but still felt good.
Hammer curls 70db each arm 2x10 each arm pr for myself. felt good
ez curl with 45 each side 3x8
Shrugs on trap bar 135x12, 225x10, 315 2x8
did some flyes and some reverse flyes for the end. Felt good today. might have got a pr on the bench since I never usually go that high
