Alright, I went from 235 to 193 in about the course of 4 months, Now i have always been pretty chubby, and in this time, I somehow have actually gotten somewhat stronger, when i flex my abs, i feel solid muscle underneth, and anything i can pinch from my stomach bouncesw right back. So I'm assuming it may just be some loose skin, I mean im sure there is still some fat down there, but For the most part, like when i lay down, you can perfectly see my abs. I'm 6'4", which leads me to believe that it isnt too much more fat, but I would like to try to maybe tighten my skin to see if i can get some results and have my abs show at all times, i just dont know where to start. Does anyone have any techniques i could try to tighten and firm my stomach? I do abdominal exercises vigourously about two to three times a week, i dont want to overdo it, I also apply aloe vera to my stomach every night before bed, But do you guys have any other suggestions for me?
 
its probably just stubborn belly fat. there is a product on NTBM website that is like a belt where you put a cream on there and belt for an hour every night ahead of a comp or shoot.

as you get older men tend to store fat in the belly. for me if you look at my pics.. i have very little fat all over my body.. my legs have very little especially.. but around my belly without doing intense cardio it sticks around, so its totally normal and just part of being a guy.
