Alright, I went from 235 to 193 in about the course of 4 months, Now i have always been pretty chubby, and in this time, I somehow have actually gotten somewhat stronger, when i flex my abs, i feel solid muscle underneth, and anything i can pinch from my stomach bouncesw right back. So I'm assuming it may just be some loose skin, I mean im sure there is still some fat down there, but For the most part, like when i lay down, you can perfectly see my abs. I'm 6'4", which leads me to believe that it isnt too much more fat, but I would like to try to maybe tighten my skin to see if i can get some results and have my abs show at all times, i just dont know where to start. Does anyone have any techniques i could try to tighten and firm my stomach? I do abdominal exercises vigourously about two to three times a week, i dont want to overdo it, I also apply aloe vera to my stomach every night before bed, But do you guys have any other suggestions for me?
